Consistent attendance is important to support progress and continuity of care. Clients are expected to attend all scheduled appointments and provide advance notice whenever possible if an appointment must be canceled or rescheduled.
At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments (“no-shows”), or failure to attend a scheduled session will result in a $50 cancellation/no-show fee.
Emergency situations, including illness, contagious conditions, or family emergencies, may be considered on a case-by-case basis at Provider’s discretion. Clients or caregivers are expected to notify Provider as soon as possible if an emergency prevents attendance.
Cancellation and no-show fees are not billable to insurance and remain the financial responsibility of the client or financially responsible party.
Repeated missed appointments, late cancellations, or inconsistent attendance may result in modification or loss of reserved appointment times or discontinuation of services.
